Ju-Ichi is a family-owned Japanese restaurant group with multiple locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Drawing on years of experience serving guests across our restaurants, Ju-Ichi was created with one simple goal: to provide a unique, delicious, and memorable dining experience through authentic Japanese cuisine and genuine hospitality.
Today, we proudly serve communities across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, continuing to grow through the same commitment to quality and hospitality that inspired us from the beginning.
From the beginning, we have believed that the best advertisement is simple: good food, quality ingredients, and customers who genuinely want to come back again.
What makes Ju-Ichi different is our commitment to quality, consistency, craftsmanship, and flavor. Many of our signature sauces are developed and prepared in-house by our chef-owner. Rather than creating food that tastes like every other restaurant, we strive to create flavors that people recognize as uniquely Ju-Ichi.
Our chef-owner is deeply involved in every aspect of menu development and quality control. Every dish is carefully tested, refined, and prepared with attention to detail because we believe excellence comes from the smallest details.
Inspired by traditional Japanese cooking techniques and refined through years of culinary experience, Ju-Ichi offers a menu featuring fresh sushi and sashimi, specialty rolls, Japanese appetizers, ramen, udon, and a variety of authentic Japanese dishes. Every item reflects the standards and passion that define our restaurants.
Across all of our locations, we proudly embrace an open-kitchen concept. We want our guests to see the care, effort, and real ingredients that go into every dish. We believe quality should be visible, not hidden.
One of the best examples of our commitment to quality is our signature noodle broth. Using up to 100 pounds of pork bones and more than 20 carefully selected ingredients, our broth is slowly simmered for approximately 24 hours to develop its rich depth of flavor. Through our open-kitchen concept, guests can see and experience the process firsthand—from the aroma of the simmering broth to the preparation of fresh ingredients. We believe great food should be made with real ingredients, real effort, and complete transparency.
